Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential in-home plumbing service experience.
• Journeyman Plumber License preferred, or willingness to attend plumbing school to obtain licensure.
• Experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential plumbing systems and equipment.
• Provide homeowners with courteous, professional, and accurate plumbing service.
• Explain plumbing problems and recommended repair solutions clearly to customers.
• Develop lasting customer relationships through honest communication and exceptional service.
• Record accurate job information and service documentation in ServiceTitan.
• Operate a take home company vehicle and keep your work environment clean and organized.
• Follow established safety standards and consistently deliver quality workmanship.
• Work closely with your team to provide reliable residential plumbing service and an outstanding customer experience.

Your New Role

• Work from Bloomington, Indiana, providing residential plumbing service, repair, and maintenance throughout Monroe County and the surrounding counties.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential plumbing systems and equipment.
• Provide homeowners with courteous, professional, and accurate plumbing service.
• Explain plumbing problems and recommended repair solutions clearly to customers.

• Ability to learn and effectively use ServiceTitan.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
