Job summary

All American Air & Electric in Ocala, FL, is seeking a full-time HVAC Sales/Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems, perform preventive maintenance, and complete accurate service documentation. You will assess onsite, explain findings, present repair or replacement options, and collaborate with dispatch and office staff to ensure safe, quality work.

EPA certification preferred; valid license required.

Qualifications

Strong customer-focused mindset with clear, professional communication.
Technical expertise in troubleshooting HVAC systems (mechanical, electrical, controls).
Maintenance and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
Preventive maintenance to improve system reliability and efficiency.
EPA certification (or ability to obtain) for refrigerants.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to operate a service vehicle.
Ability to lift/move equipment, work in attics/outdoors, and follow safety protocols.
HVAC field experience and related training preferred.
Comfort using mobile devices or service software for work orders.

Responsibilities
