What You’ll Do – Your Responsibilities with CARE

As a trusted System Design Specialist, you’ll guide homeowners through one of the most important decisions they’ll make—how to keep their home comfortable. Your success in this role comes not just from what you sell, but how you lead with CARE every step of the way:

  • Curiosity – Ask insightful questions, dig deeper into client concerns, and stay eager to learn new technology, products, and customer needs to better tailor every solution.

  • Ambition – Set and surpass sales targets with a results-driven mindset. Pursue continuous personal and professional growth through training, coaching, and mentorship.

  • Responsibility – Own your schedule, your goals, and the client experience. Follow up with precision, document proposals with accuracy, and ensure a smooth, professional handoff post-sale.

  • Empathy – Treat every client interaction as an opportunity to build trust. Listen first, advise thoughtfully, and help homeowners feel confident and supported through every step of the process.

Daily, this looks like:

  • Consulting with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend tailored system solutions

  • Managing high-quality, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling required!)

  • Presenting system designs and financing options in a way that is clear, honest, and aligned with client priorities

  • Following up on open proposals with care and professionalism

  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer journey

Who You Are

You’re a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for helping people and a drive to succeed. You thrive in a performance-based role and enjoy the challenge of creating solutions that make a real difference in customers' lives.

You bring:

  • 3+ years of HVAC or in-home sales experience

  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals

  • Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and IAQ products

  • A consultative, customer-focused sales approach

  • Familiarity with tools like iPads, field printers, and digital sales platforms

  • The responsibility to manage your time, follow up with care, and close with integrity
