MOHR Talent is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative in Miami, FL to work directly with homeowners on system replacements and new installations. This field-based role suits someone who thrives on relationship-driven sales and being out meeting customers.

You will meet homeowners to evaluate HVAC systems, propose solutions, and prepare quotes for residential projects. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in HVAC or in-home sales, strong communication and closing skills, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HVAC, construction, or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand HVAC systems and residential installations.
• Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
• Ability to read blueprints or system layouts a plus.
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
