Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform chiller maintenance, inspections, and replacements.
• Service and maintain cooling towers including mechanical repairs and cleaning.
• Install and maintain heat pump systems across commercial and high rise environments.
• Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues.
• Work on large scale commercial installations and system replacements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans.
• Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards.
