You will engage clients, deliver in-home sales presentations, build take-offs, and oversee field teams for profitability and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven track record in direct sales (in-home, technical, or trade sales preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive HVAC sales by engaging homeowners and delivering sales presentations.
• Review plans, perform material take-offs, gather quotes, and propose proposals.
• Manage full job lifecycle from scheduling to payment collection and referrals.
• Brief install crews on scope and maintain customer expectations during projects.
• Develop new residential and commercial client opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Maintain project margins with accurate upfront pricing and quality control.

In this role, you will engage prospective clients, conduct in-home sales presentations, build detailed project take-offs, and oversee field installation teams to ensure profitability and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive HVAC Sales: Engage homeowners, deliver high-impact sales presentations, build value, and consistently hit or exceed monthly sales and closing-rate targets.
• Estimate & Propose: Review plans, perform manual or software-based material take-offs, request submittals, gather vendor quotes, and generate comprehensive sales proposals.
• Oversee Project Lifecycle: Manage the full job process—from initial scheduling, customer financing, and field installation through to payment collection and referral generation.
• Manage Installations: Clearly brief install crews on scope, drawings, and customer expectations. Conduct ongoing check-ins with technicians and homeowners during installations.
• Business Development: Prospect for new residential and commercial clients through targeted outbound outreach, follow-ups, and local networking.
• Maintain Quality & Profitability: Ensure project margins through accurate upfront pricing, strict quality control, and proactive problem-solving in the field.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience: 3+ years of proven track record in direct sales (in-home, technical, or trade sales preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Schedule: Ability to work a rotating schedule including some evenings and weekends to accommodate client appointments.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of hands-on or sales experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing trades.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Willingness to travel locally up to 75% of the time to customer sites and job locations.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfort working in tight, dark, or enclosed spaces (attics, crawlspaces) and climbing ladders.
• Ability to work comfortably in varying indoor/outdoor temperature extremes.
• Capability to operate tablets, smartphones, and field management software.
