Job summary

Paradise Home Services is hiring an HVAC Sales Project Manager to drive growth, lead installation projects from quote to completion, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction. You will engage clients, deliver in-home sales presentations, build take-offs, and oversee field teams for profitability and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven track record in direct sales (in-home, technical, or trade sales preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive HVAC sales by engaging homeowners and delivering sales presentations.
• Review plans, perform material take-offs, gather quotes, and propose proposals.
• Manage full job lifecycle from scheduling to payment collection and referrals.
• Brief install crews on scope and maintain customer expectations during projects.
• Develop new residential and commercial client opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Maintain project margins with accurate upfront pricing and quality control.
