Texas AirSystems in Texas has been shaping the HVAC landscape for over four decades. We offer an internship in HVAC Sales (Project Engineer) for Summer 2027, reporting to Account Manager or Sales Leader, with an emphasis on submittals, equipment selection, pricing, and timely project execution.

As part of a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will coordinate with owners, architects, contractors and manufacturers, manage multiple projects, and grow customer relationships while delivering

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Familiarity with HVAC, estimating, and construction environments.
Experience with architectural/MEP concepts is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain job files for each project throughout its duration.
Optimize the project through product selection, specs, plans, estimates, proposals, value engineering and redesigns.
Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
Communicate with owners, architects, MEP consultants and general contractors.
Organize project data for order entry.
Respond to IOM and Submittal requests.
Read, understand, and interpret building plans and specifications.
Develop and grow relationships with customers, contractors, project engineers, and manufacturers.
Determine project requirements, constraints, and sales team responsibilities.
Investigate concerns and communicate to maximize customer satisfaction.
