Job summary

Texas AirSystems, a leading HVAC solutions provider in Texas, seeks an HVAC Sales Internship (Project Engineer) for Summer 2027. The intern will coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates for projects, while maintaining strong customer service and organizational skills.

Applicants should be pursuing an engineering degree and possess knowledge of HVAC concepts, estimating and construction management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• HVAC, estimating, engineering, construction management or contracting environment knowledge is preferred.
• MEP consulting, architecture, design, CAD, general contracting experience is a plus.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittals, equipment selection, pricing and ship dates for each project.
• Maintain timely and accurate project files and documentation.
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Support sales team to meet customer expectations and project deadlines.
• Assist with value engineering, estimates and proposals.
