Qualifications

• Previous in-home sales experience is required.
• HVAC sales experience preferred, but strong in-home sales professionals from home improvement, roofing, windows, remodeling, solar, or similar industries are encouraged to apply.
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a winning attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.
• Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options tailored to each customer's home and budget.
• Build rapport and establish trust through a professional consultative sales approach.
• Provide accurate system recommendations and pricing.
• Follow up on estimates and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
