Applicants should have 3+ years in residential HVAC sales, a valid license, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC sales.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Manual J calculations.
• Professional, clean-cut appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate homeowners' HVAC systems and identify the best solutions for comfort needs.
• Perform airflow analysis, Manual J load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements.
• Present options and financing plans within budget and guide customers through choices.
• Collaborate with installation team to ensure a seamless project from consultation to completion.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service and trustworthy guidance.
