Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess HVAC and home comfort needs.
• Present customized heating and cooling solutions.
• Promote equipment upgrades, system replacements, and maintenance programs.
• Prepare professional proposals and sales agreements.
• Guide customers through financing and purchasing options.
• Follow up on open proposals and sales opportunities.
• Address customer questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain strong relationships before, during, and after the sale.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Participate in company marketing and sales initiatives, including trade shows, referral programs, and community events.
