Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of commercial HVAC sales or other sales experience.
• Strong focus/track record in selling maintenance agreements (preferred).
• Established familiarity with commercial customers and territory.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Previous HVAC Sales or other Home Services Sales strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell commercial HVAC maintenance agreements.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and active accounts.
• Follow up on inside sales leads and current customer upgrades.
• Prepare and present quotes.
• Conduct site visits, assess needs, and present solutions clearly.
• Collaborate with service/operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Track activity, proposals, and follow-ups to consistently hit targets.
