Qualifications

• 3 years of Sales experience required.
• 3 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Pass motor vehicle background check and drug screen.
• Excellent customer service, honesty and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on new comfort systems.
• Execute sales presentations with value-based proposals.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Identify customer needs to provide appropriate solutions.
• Obtain customer authorization for all jobs.
• Prepare proposals and pricing within company guidelines.
• Pursue referrals from satisfied customers.
• Follow up site visits to ensure quality and satisfaction.
