Southern Air LLC is seeking an HVAC Sales Manager in Shreveport to lead the HVAC sales team and drive revenue growth. This hands-on leadership role requires setting sales strategy, coaching reps, and managing day-to-day metrics while delivering superior customer outcomes.

You will hire and train staff, promote safety and integrity, and ensure timely follow-up on leads. A strong track record in home services sales and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• 2+ years in a sales-related role.
• Proven sales results and ability to hit metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC sales activities across the department.
• Hire, train, and lead team members.
• Develop and promote a culture of safety, integrity, growth, and performance.
• Conduct team and individual performance reviews.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage customer requests and resolve concerns professionally.
• Conduct and participate in weekly sales training.
