Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• EPA refrigeration certification.
• 1+ years HVAC service experience.
• 1+ years selling direct to homeowners in-home.
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Engage customers to discuss improvements and upsell services.
• Close sales for system upgrades and maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with dispatch and sales for timely follow-ups.
