Job summary

Mid-South Equipment Sales seeks a talented Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Executive with 5+ years of sales and leadership experience. You will sell commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems to owners, engineers, architects, contractors and consultants, building long-term customer relationships with your accounts and the manufacturers.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and extensive HVAC/industry experience, with travel to customer sites and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of account management and leadership experience.
• HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience required.
• Strong initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage high-volume projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop credibility and customer loyalty through technical expertise.
• Identify project needs and design requirements for HVAC systems.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate bids and close sales.
• Develop high-quality estimates, bids, and cost/benefit analyses.
• Manage multiple projects, selling HVAC equipment, service and systems.
• Build relationships with customers and manufacturers.
