Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a sales coordinator to act as a liaison between customers and the company, assisting with installation paperwork and supporting the sales manager to maintain department profitability.

Hours are 7:30AM–4:00PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime available. Compensation is hourly pay plus commission, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 100% company-paid medical, dental, life and disability insurance, plus 401(k) with company match and more.

Qualifications

• Three years related sales, HVAC, or service-industry experience.
• Experience and knowledge in the sales process.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi-task and stay highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Take and schedule incoming sales appointments and answer customer questions to book jobs.
• Maintain and prepare job folders and installations, including processing rebates and registrations.
• Coordinate with the installation department to schedule installations and collect deposits.
• Process all finance documents for new installations and ensure payments are finalized in dispatch software.
• Maintain leads from web marketing and other sources for fast turnaround.
• Track sales leads and consultant performance to maximize department results.
• Prepare daily/monthly commission reports for consultants and forward to payroll.
• Attend management and sales meetings to discuss goals and progress.
