Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in the United States seeks an Local Experienced HVAC Sales Coordinator to act as a liaison between customers and the company, supporting the sales manager to keep department profitability. The role runs 7:30AM-4:00PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime possible.

Pay is hourly plus commission with strong benefits including 100% company-paid medical, dental, life, disability, FSA/HSA options, a 401(k) with 100% match up to 3%, and ongoing virtual training programs.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience in sales, HVAC or technical sales in a service-related industry.
• Experience with sales processes and customer interaction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and schedule incoming sales appointments and answer customer questions to book jobs.
• Maintain and prepare job folders and installation paperwork; process rebates and registrations.
• Coordinate with installation dept to schedule installations and collect deposits.
• Process finance documents for new installations and ensure payments are settled in dispatch software.
• Maintain leads from internet marketing and other sources for fast follow-up.
• Track and report on sales leads, consultant performance, and department profitability.
• Support sales team with closing jobs on site as needed with commission-based pay.
• Maintain collateral and assist Marketing with materials as needed.
• Prepare daily/monthly commission reports for consultants and forward to payroll.
