Job summary

Dallas Air Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer / Project Manager to drive outside sales, coordinate projects, and manage key accounts. You will develop proposals, analyze cost effectiveness, and ensure customer satisfaction from sale through turnover.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and CRM skills, with travel as needed to support customers and project execution. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of progressive HVAC, temperature controls, refrigeration, or facilities management experience.
• Minimum two years of documentable high-energy sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals for customers based on site reviews, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform outside sales activities including travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Coordinate project turnover and manage account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain job cost accounting for profitability and timely invoicing.
• Maintain accurate sales activity in CRM and forecasting tools.
