Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of HVAC sales or related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of residential HVAC systems and applications.
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve measurable results.
• Experience providing sales data such as annual sales, close rates, and average ticket size.
• Comfortable presenting multiple system and financing options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site HVAC consultations for homeowners and business clients.
• Perform accurate assessments of property requirements, including equipment, ductwork, and energy needs.
• Recommend appropriate HVAC solutions tailored to each client’s situation.
• Present a range of replacement and upgrade options, including energy-efficient systems.
• Explain warranties, financing options, and available system enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver detailed proposals to clients.
• Follow up on all open estimates and track sales performance metrics.
• Coordinate with office and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software and digital proposal systems.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
