Job summary

Aire Serv of Wesley Chapel is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Technician to visit homeowners, assess heating and cooling needs, and present clear, upfront-priced solutions. You will build trust, explain technical details in plain language, and help customers choose comfort solutions that fit their budget.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential HVAC, strong sales and communication skills, and EPA 608 certification. Valid driver’s license and ServiceTitan experience are required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
• EPA Section 608 certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field-service software.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and financing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort concerns.
• Perform system assessments and identify repair, replacement, airflow, ductwork, and indoor air quality needs.
• Gather information for accurate equipment sizing and replacement proposals.
• Explain system conditions and recommendations in clear language.
• Develop and present multiple repair or replacement options with upfront pricing.
• Educate customers on heat pumps, air handlers, and related products.
• Discuss financing options and assist with applications.
• Build estimates and proposals in ServiceTitan.
• Obtain customer authorization, signatures, deposits, and documentation.
• Coordinate sold projects with office staff, installers, and suppliers.
• Take measurements and jobsite photographs.
• Maintain notes so installation teams understand the scope.
• Communicate regularly during the sales process.
• Meet sales, conversion, follow-up, and customer-satisfaction goals.
