Job summary

Aire Serv of Wesley Chapel is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Technician to visit customers’ homes, assess heating and cooling needs, and present clear, upfront pricing options. You will guide homeowners through repair and replacement choices, including indoor air quality products, while building trust and delivering education-based service.

Ideal candidates bring residential HVAC experience, strong communication, and the ability to develop accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC systems and comfort concerns.
• Develop and present repair or replacement options with upfront pricing.
• Educate customers on heat pumps, ductless systems, and indoor air quality products.
• Coordinate estimates, authorizations, and documentation.
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities.
