Daikin Applied is seeking an HVAC Sales Associate in Bensalem, PA to sell HVAC parts, equipment and supplies over the phone and in person, assisting customers daily with orders, product questions, warranty matters and service needs while ensuring accurate inventory handling.

You will participate in inventory selection and pricing discussions, process orders through the Oracle system, communicate pricing deviations to management, and help enforce customer policies while delivering friendly,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC or parallel industry parts store experience.
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC parts, equipment and supplies over the phone and in person.
• Create solutions to customer needs by providing overall support and researching options including processing orders and warranty questions.
• Assist in inventory selection and management and ensure accurate accounting.
• Communicate pricing deviations to management and apply local product knowledge.
• Process customer orders in a timely manner through the Oracle system.
• Drive customer policy enhancements based on need and make exceptions to customer policies where appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position will service customers both over the counter, over the phone, email as well as inventory management for identified store location. This role consists of parts identification, order management and stocking, receiving and general management of inventory.
