Taco, Inc. in Fall River, MA, is seeking a detail‑oriented person to handle customer and end‑user sales and technical support for Taco Fall River products. You will prepare SPAs, assist with pricing, and support the sales team across internal and external customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with OEMs and regional managers, with onsite work and potential travel up to 5%. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years applicable experience in customer service, HVAC, or similar industry may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with selection tool software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Collects cost and manufacturing data to compute sales prices and profit margins for customized products; creates SPAs for the commercial sales group.
• Works with the sales group to develop special pricing on standard products.
• Assists in product sizing, material selection, and application of standard and custom products.
• Generates SPAs and reports sales/closure rates to Product Managers.
• Communicates pricing, lead times, and technical questions to customers and reps.
