Norman S. Wright Mechanical Equipment in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Sales Application Engineer to support the engineering sales team with technical HVAC expertise and equipment selections for commercial and industrial applications.

You will collaborate with outside sales, internal engineering support, and manufacturer teams to develop accurate selections of hydronic and airside equipment, guiding projects from concept through installation.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree.
Minimum 1 year experience in construction industry or related sales.
Strong HVAC systems knowledge including pumps, air handlers, VRV, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and fans.
Proactive communication skills and well-organized.

Responsabilités

Provide technical guidance on HVAC equipment and assist with selections.
Collaborate with outside sales, engineering support, and manufacturers.
Support the sales cycle from Conceptual design through installation and troubleshooting.
Leverage product portfolio to deliver best-in-class solutions for customers.
