You’ll identify client needs, convert leads, and collaborate with technicians to translate invoices or proposals into sales. The role rewards high energy, top performance, and a drive to grow our local market.

At Apex Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air, we're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Project Representative to grow our business with both existing and new clients. What You'll Do

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of in-home HVAC sales experience in a high-paced environment (required)
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales targets
• Customer Service: Warm, professional, and a natural people-person with a solutions-focused approach
• Drive: Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with exceptional follow-up skills
• Organization: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple leads effectively
• Other Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
