Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems for its clients. You will troubleshoot environmental control systems, read blueprints, and document all work in our CMMS.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role may require on-call shifts and coordination with subcontractors as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years commercial or residential HVAC maintenance experience.
• Good working knowledge of HVAC equipment and related trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Read blueprints/as-built drawings.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Willing to work occasional on-call shifts.
• Valid driver’s license (in state).
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and some corrective HVAC maintenance on existing equipment per CMMS work orders.
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery including VAVs, air handling units, fans, pumps, and related systems.
• Ensure safe operation and troubleshoot environmental controls, boilers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Inspect completed work for code compliance and safety; coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain a clean, safe work area.
