CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems for its clients. You will troubleshoot environmental control systems, read blueprints, and document all work in our CMMS.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HVAC maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. This on-site role may require on-call shifts and coordination with subcontractors as needed.

The HVAC Technician (Rover) will be responsible for both preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance work and minimal installations with our client.
