Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior IS Technical Services Team Manager in Los Angeles to lead retro-commissioning and commissioning services for assigned projects. You will drive outcomes with a solutions-based mindset, collaborating with engineering, construction management, and trade partners to ensure scope, budget, and schedule alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/related technical field, 5+ years in commissioning, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
5+ years of commissioning or related experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Attention to safety.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work with minimal or limited information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

Perform duties in accordance with Company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Provide mentorship and management for assigned team.
Develop scope, technical approach, KPI's, staffing plan, and estimates for new projects.
Establish and update Technical Services Project Execution Plans to meet scope within budget and schedule.
Develop and maintain monthly forecast of project cost.
Develop and manage delivery schedules for assigned scopes and integrate with master project schedule.
Maintain familiarity with project scope adjustments for automation and MEP; report concerns to leadership.
Track KPIs and ensure project is delivered on time and on budget.
Coordinate with project delivery team and partners to document and communicate requirements.
Work with design, construction, data delivery, MBCx teams to coordinate scopes.
Escalate design/construction issues to appropriate delivery teams.
Collaborate with Energy Management to quantify impact of issues and prioritize actions.
Assist with issue resolution and propose solutions.
Ensure clear communication within project team; proper documentation.
Review expense reports and time entries for accuracy and policy compliance.
Perform project closeout activities and lessons learned.
Adhere to IS Delivery and IS Technical Services process guidelines and SOPs.
Uphold Company core values.
