Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales is highly desired but not required.
• Must be able to stand/walk or sit for 4–8 hours.
• Energetic, self-motivated and able to engage customers.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone use.
• No HVAC or Water Treatment experience required but a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to learn about the companys products and services.
• Engage customers in conversations about their home service needs.
• Explain features and benefits and gather information from customers.
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to provide estimates.
• Build rapport with store leadership teams.
• Attend monthly meetings and trainings.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically.
