Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Field Supervisor in Florida to oversee on-site crews performing AHU restoration, HVAC cleaning, duct rehabilitation, and related mechanical services. You will ensure adherence to contract scope, industry standards, and Tremco QA/QC requirements, coordinating daily activities to meet schedules and budgets.

You will serve as the on-site technical authority for mechanical restoration, enforce safety policies, mentor technicians, and document work with reports and photos.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site crews in HVAC restoration and mechanical cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety policies and site safety practices.
• Ability to read and implement engineered mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site crews performing AHU restoration and HVAC cleaning.
• Align project execution with scope, standards, and QA/QC requirements.
• Coordinate daily activities to meet schedules and budgets.
