Tremco in Florida is seeking a Commercial HVAC Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to lead the technical and commercial development of PACS projects before proposals. You will ensure opportunities are feasible, technically sound, and aligned with Tremco's restoration methodology across healthcare and institutional programs.

You will partner with sales, engineering, and estimating as the internal gatekeeper for scope, budget, and risk, coordinating preconstruction budgets, ROM estimates, and risk

Qualificações

• Mechanical engineering degree preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Programming experience with VBA and C# or similar languages preferred.
• Experience with cloud construction platforms is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical review of sales and national account opportunities.
• Develop AHU restoration scopes including coil replacement and fan retrofits.
• Prepare conceptual budgets and ROM estimates.
• Coordinate estimating and bridge sales with complete scopes.
• Ensure scope clarity, realistic budgets, and proper exclusions.
• Engage facility leaders and engineers early to position PACS as technical authority.
