Wolfer’s Home Services is seeking a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our community-focused team. In this role, you’ll test, clean, and maintain HVAC systems in customers’ homes, identify issues, and ensure a five-star experience for every visit.

You’ll work with a company that values training, benefits, and long-term growth, with a consistent schedule, no on-call shifts, and a dispatch-from-home setup in a well-equipped company truck.

Qualifications

• A mechanical mindset — background in construction, automotive, or skilled trades is a plus.
• HVAC experience is helpful but not required — training provided.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and listening skills to connect with customers.

Responsibilities

• As an HVAC Residential Maintenance Technician, you’ll test, clean, and maintain HVAC systems and identify issues for customers.
• Communicate clearly with customers about recommended services and explain the what and why before starting.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times, including while driving.
• Perform detailed system evaluations to understand customer needs and present options.
• Check pipes, tubing, joints, and connections for leaks and test electrical circuits.
