Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain recommended services and the rationale to customers.
• Maintain safety-first mindset on the job and while driving.
• Perform system evaluations to determine customer needs.
• Test pipes, joints, and connections for leaks.
• Check electrical circuits and components for continuity.
• Repair or replace defective parts and wiring as needed.
• Verify repairs and ensure HVAC efficiency after service.
• Leave customers confident and comfortable in their homes.
