Skillframe AI, a leading Northeast Ohio residential HVAC service provider, seeks an experienced field technician to service a loyal client base in Warrensville Heights and surrounding areas.

You will perform tune-ups, diagnostics, and repairs on heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-end systems, while communicating with homeowners and documenting daily work in digital logs. EPA Universal or OSHA 10 preferred; driver license required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and high-end systems.
• EPA Universal certification or OSHA 10 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative tune-ups, service, and repairs per schedule.
• Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues on residential systems.
• Consult homeowners, explain issues and repair options.
