The role requires a valid driver's license, EPA certification, and at least 3 years of field experience in residential HVAC service. A positive attitude and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• 3 years field experience in the residential HVAC service trade.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; trade school a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC mechanical systems including heat pumps, air conditioners, oil and gas furnaces, and boilers.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and recommend/perform system improvements, modifications, and repairs.

Position Summary

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON CALL WHEN SCHEDULED Service and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment Must be driven to succeed and be able to work with minimal supervision This position is responsible for servicing all residential HVAC system issues on time and to the customers satisfaction Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC mechanical systems including but not limited to heat pumps air conditioners oil and gas fired furnaces and boilers Perform scheduled maintenance suggesting and performing system improvements modifications and repairs

Requirements

Must be able to pass pre employment background and drug screeningMust have a valid drivers license 3 years field experience in the residential HVAC service tradeUniversal EPA certifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent Trade school degree a plus but not requiredMust have positive and cooperative attitude and excellent attendanceMust be able to get along with fellow workers customers and the publicProperly use safety equipment and personal protective equipment PPE
