Overview

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customer.
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment.
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service.
• Complete all required documentation on services, explain guarantees/warranties and collect, record and deliver fees to the office.
• Attend weekly training meetings.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential HVAC services.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• EPA Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and good communication skills.
• Ability to raise, manipulate and maneuver tools, components and materials.
• Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds including ductwork, furnaces or materials.
• All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
