QUALIFICATIONS

1. 4+ years of HVAC field experience
2. Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
3. Removing old HVAC systems
4. Installing new HVAC systems
5. Performing routine maintenance
6. Training junior team members
7. Communicating with clients and customers
8. Ordering and maintaining equipment
9. Running pipe and duct systems through homes
10. Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
11. Understanding refrigeration cycles
12. Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature
13. Valid driver's license and a good driving record
14. Ability to pass a background check and drug test
