• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Experience removing and installing HVAC systems
• Routine maintenance skills
• Training junior team members
• Client and customer communication skills
• Equipment management
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes
• Reading wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Interpreting technical data (pressure, temperature)
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
