AER Systems LLC is seeking skilled HVAC installers to join a growing mechanical contracting team in San Diego. You will install commercial and residential HVAC systems to high standards, under a Site Lead, on meaningful projects for real clients.

The role is physically demanding and offers a clear career path within a selective, fast-moving environment. We offer prevailing wage work at about $90/hour, plus a 401(k) and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Journeyman-level HVAC installation experience.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Install commercial and residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, RTUs, mini-splits, ductwork, refrigerant piping) to our standards.
• Work under a Site Lead with a crew on projects for real clients.
• Maintain high standards and be prepared for a physically demanding work environment.

What you need:

• Journeyman-level HVAC installation experience — you have done this, you are good at it, and you can prove it
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Valid California driver's license
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
