Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to identify comfort, reliability, and financial goals.
• Present standardized HVAC replacement options matching homeowner needs.
• Explain approved financing options, warranties, and project details.
• Build replacement proposals with accurate equipment, measurements, pricing, and scope.
• Maintain sold gross margin and follow pricing and discount authority.
• Document communications and follow-up actions in ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure readiness.
• Escalate pricing or scope exceptions for management approval.
