Job summary

Field Controls is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead profitable growth across the US region, focusing on the North Carolina market and building strong relationships with distributors, engineers, and manufacturer representatives.

You will develop and execute territory plans, coach independent sales reps, drive product demonstrations and training, and collaborate with Customer Service and Marketing to deliver tailored HVAC solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in HVAC or related.
• Experience with industrial customers and technical product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers, and manufacturer representatives.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while expanding existing customers.
• Lead, coach, and support independent sales representatives to maximize territory performance.
• Conduct joint sales calls, customer visits, product demonstrations, and training.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Marketing to deliver solutions meeting customer needs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and territory reports.
• Represent Field Controls at trade shows, distributor meetings, and customer events.
• Ensure effective execution of pricing strategies and growth objectives across the territory.
