Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls.
• Repair or replace HVAC equipment including natural gas, steam piping and A/C systems.
• Perform visual inspections for abnormal operation and correct deficiencies.
• Maintain an ongoing preventive maintenance program for the facility.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors.
• Work according to Local/ State codes and OSHA Safety Standards.
• Assist in all other areas as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all facility information (HIPPA).
• Respond to Nurse Call and Work Order requests.
