Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a dedicated HVAC maintenance technician to service stores in the Las Vegas area. The role requires performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing refrigeration and related systems in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include traveling to assigned locations, troubleshooting controls, replacing components, and maintaining parts inventory. Strong adherence to safety and company policies is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven refrigeration/HVAC experience.
• EPA Type 2 Certification is required.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Drive independently to stores and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform repairs to HVAC systems and navigate electronic controls.
• Troubleshoot issues, replace components, and maintain inventory of parts.
• Operate safety equipment and document repairs and parts usage.
• Communicate with store personnel and comply with company policies.
