Job summary

Walmart in Jefferson City, MO is hiring a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems across store facilities. You will use hand tools, power tools, digital devices, and testing equipment to complete service requests and ensure compliance with safety and EPA guidelines.

This full-time role requires practical HVAC/R experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA certification for refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid state driver's license with clean MVR.
• 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate tools.
• Receive and document Work Orders and support Stores and associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training and comply with OSHA/EPA guidelines.
