Salary: USD $25.00-$35.00/Hr.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical service, quality, and integrity to customers.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration units for commercial clients.
• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and communicate delays.
• Work nights or weekends on a rotating basis for emergency services.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment.
• Document services and parts electronically via iPad.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, calibrate systems, and explain solutions to customers.
• Participate in training and identify additional business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of HVAC/R technician experience.
• Reside within 30 miles of the job site.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA certification.
• Proficiency in schematics and work plans.
• Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb, and work in various environments.
