Sancrest Llc is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Inventory Associate to support HVAC/R equipment workflows in Carrollton, TX. You will receive, stock, and issue parts, while keeping precise records and ensuring material availability for project teams.

You'll collaborate with technicians and field crews in a safety-first warehouse, handling shipping/receiving, inventory control, and timely order fulfillment to keep projects on schedule.

Key duties:

• Receive, inspect, and stock shipments; ensure materials are accurately documented and organized.
• Pick and stage orders for technicians; coordinate material availability for customer projects.
• Maintain accurate, organized inventory using warehouse systems.
• Monitor material movement and help ensure correct supply levels.
• Work in a safety-first, hands‑on warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with field and project teams to support timely completion of work.
