Job summary

Air Engineers, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle inbound stock, pick and pack orders, and manage inventory for HVAC products. The role requires operating forklifts and other equipment safely, with emphasis on accuracy and timely shipping.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, HVAC distribution familiarity, and strong communication skills. Prior experience with WMS and office software is a plus, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable, preferably in HVAC distribution or related industry.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and with a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organized work habits are essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists.
• Stock products in designated locations with proper labeling and tracking.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping; ensure secure packing and correct labeling.
• Maintain accurate stock records and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Inspect items for defects prior to shipping to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, sales teams, and management to optimize operations.
