Qualifications

• RI Trade License required.
• At least 3 years HVAC/R experience.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor others.

• Genuine interest in helping students succeed in trades.

Responsibilities

• Teach hands-on and classroom-based sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program.
• Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards.
• Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance.
• Maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow instructors.
